ORPHAN'S LIFE

Orphan is children who doesn't have parents. Some of them live in the orphanage. But sometimes, the orphans that live in the side of the street. From that, we can see if their life so hard and cruel. Have you ever thought if you were they? And if your condition same with them? Didn't have parents, live in the side of the street, alone in the cruel life. You are so lucky. Most of you have parents, can get good education and have many lovely family and friends. As we know, the orphans in Indonesia have many problem. But sometimes, we didn't care with them.

Indonesia has UU no.23 th 2002 about protect the children but the implementation of that is below than the standard which they need. Orphans is should be get more protection. But the government looks like their didn't care with the orphans problem. They made the rules but they didn't do it more effective. Beside that, in fact, many of them can't study in school efficiently like the others. However, they live in the orphanage, it doesn't mean if they can get the education like us. They have a family in the orphanage, but that's not same if they have a family like us. Sometimes in the orphanage, the facilities are good but it doesn't mean if they have a happily life. People who rich and give some help to the orphanage only used that to increase their good things and up their image in front of public.

SCOUTS PARTY IN MY JHS

When I was in Junior High School, I joined Scouts. Because at my school (at the time) , Scouts is the best extraculicular. So I joined it. Not long, my school was invited by other school for join Scout's Party to celebrate Scout's day. We all started to repai all thing that we gave for Scout's Party. The Scout's Party had all kind of games which all the games are about Scouts.
My friends and I was very busy to celebrate The Party. The Place is at "GOR" (Gelanggang Olah Raga) or like Sport Hall. It is not far from my school. In there , we met other people from kinds of school that joined in The Scout's Party. I felt very happy. Because i could be introduced with them to be my new friends.
The games were PBB, semaphore, sandi, morse, etc for contest. And my schiil of course joined that all of contest. The contestant were dressed very formally. They wore Scout's clothes very neatly. The end of Party was come. The adjudicator told who were the winners.....

Then, My Friends and I laughed and cried together. We were so happy ..

I wish I could go to Scout's Party more often. But, at My Senior igh School now, there is no Scout as an extraculicular. But, I always miss it. I always remember it and never to forget it....

MYSELF

My name is Prathita Amanda Aryani.Hmm..just call me Thita.I was born on December 2nd 1993.I'm fifteen years old now. My hobby is drawing,watching,play the internet, and go around toanother place which is unique place for me. Sometimes, I watch my favourite drama..There is.."Gossip Girl".I very like that drama. Because that, I bought the CD's in the mall from Season 1 until Season 2 .There are Ed Westwick,Chace Crawford,Penn Badgley,Leighton Meester,Blake Lively,Taylor Momsen and others.I also like 90210 drama and others. Besides that,I like sleep....Oh..it makes me relax and fresh. But sometimes I prefer sleep than study HAHAHA..because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I'm happy if I can find some article on the internet to complete my homework, because for me,study with internet are interesting and make me more enjoy than I have to read the subject's book. With internet, we can get data about my subject easier. We can enjoy the internet with open awesome site, there are Facebook which we can make account and chat with other people,blogspot which we can post our feel about daily activity,4shared which we can download some music or other data...yahoo that we can email with some people and fashion style etc. There is windows messenger which must connect to the internet to use it. It is a programme that we can chatting with our friends or some people who we didn't know before.

And now, I want to talk about some products that unique for me. There are some dresses,skirts,and others. Igot that products from the internet. So until now, I like to design some dresses and others, because I can share some idea from myself to make something different than others before. From that, I want to be a seller with my friends. And we want to get some money by our efford. So, we have a plan that we will sell some unique shirt and shoes at Senayan. Pray for us to be success yaa..!

Labs Interval 2009

On 30th of January until 1st of February 2009 was held Labs Interval. This event has been held by LISA (Labs International Student Association). This event always held once a year depens on LISA's students. Inthis event, there are debate, speech, and essay competition. This event held with 'Save Our Heritage..' theme. On the first day, we could saw an Interval Festival from many aspect. Many school was coming to see the festival and joining to the competition technical meeting. And from the 2nd until the 3rd day are the competition days. Some of students have a participation to be the committee.

On the 1st day, we had a festival which performanced by Saman's Dancer, Divus, Labs Choir, Japan Expo, Pantomim, Percussion, and Gamelan. On the round of the stage, there are many stands from sponsors, such as Wall Street, Department of Pariwisata, Pearson, The Jakarta Post, and Syariah Mandiri Bank. There also many more stands around the stage. At 1.30 pm, students who joined debate, speech, and essay competition was started the technical meeting.

After that, they could see the festival again or back to their home. The festival finish at 4.00 pm and students who joined the committee help other to clear up the yard. That's so tiredly but it's ok!

On the 2nd day, Debate, Speech, and Essay competition held. About 16 teams joined the debate competition. We thinked if debate competition more interesting than the other, woohoo!! And after they left 3 round, we had the semifinalis. They're SMAN 8A, SMAN 8B, SMAN 1 Cisauk, and SMAN 81. On the 3rd day, we had semifinal and final. In the final round, we had SMAN 8A and SMAN 1 Cisauk. We hope if SMAN 1 Cisauk could won the round but the fact, SMAN 8A won that. It's okay! However, they're a good team and they do the best.

We hope if next year, Interval can be better that this year.

Communication Technology

Communication gadgets such as the telephone and computer have improved quickly .Because of those fast improvements, we are able to catch up with the latest information.In the future, we can expect more sophiscated devices to be invented. They will make communication more efficient and our work can do more fast.
For example computer, computer has store and process data quickly,so the computer can speed up our work, beside that computer can acsess the internet. We can browsing or chatting, with browsing we can speed up finding information or we can chat with our friends. And we can sending email and we can meet many humans in this world so we can share many ideas with other.But handphone is more sophiscated than computer.Especially PDA.
Handphone is more handier than computer.The shape is small and more unique than computer.We can bring it in everywhere,eveytime.In this time we can't leave the handphone because is easier to call our friends or browsing internet or chatting like as computer everywhere. Besides that we can take photos or videos so we can immortalize our moments.
We can't lives if we not communication with others and we can't communication with other if we haven't one of communication gadgets or communication technology.Although many negative effect with commnication technology examle many children so naughty and not respect with they parents.But if we aware how to right use the communication technology,we can't be with negative effect.

This is Me !

Hello, my name is Ameilia Rizkyanti and I'm as the XB student. I was born 16 years ago on 28th of May 1993 in Jakarta. My friens in everywhere always call me Amel, but in my house, people alwas call me Riris as my nickname, very different, right? But it's okay! I have a brother, his name is Biandy, he's 14 years old and now he studied at Labschool Junior High School as the 3rd grade student. My hobbies are cooking, writing a poem, reading, surfing internet, singing, and chatting with my friends.

I have a dream that I could be a paediatrician and help children who needs some help. Children from the rich or poor family, have money or not or everything, will always get the help. Why? Because I think if we can help children who needs the help that will be an interesting something that we can do. Maybe someday I can go to the surburb and help the children in that place. Because, however, the children is people who will be someone in this country and I think if they have the same drem with us, So, why we don't help them to make their dream real if we can?

But wait, there's a dream again, the dream in to be a writer. Yea, maybe not a book writer but apoems writer. Why? Because, In think if poem can be place that we talk about something. And I always used apoem to describe all of something I heard, feel, or everything that I do. With a poem, we can describe that with a 'special' word that we want to say. And I think if that's so fun!

Choir for Moslem New Year December 2008

Last year on December 2008, two of us (Thita and Amel) and some of our friend joined to Labs Choir. Not only 10th grade student but Rohis's boys from 11th grade helped us to complete our voice. Usually when we have an exercise for the choir on Friday, we didn't do that with the boys and we just have sopran and alto. So, to complete the voice and make them great and wonderful we need tenor and bass, too.

We must have many exercise in a little time so, we started the exercise about a month before we recorded our voice and picture. When we have some exercise until we recorded, we had a funny story and we thinked if we won't forget about that.

When we recorded our voice on 17th December '08, after we (sopran voices) finish the recorded, we sat in the small room on the corner of the studio room and we talk about everything. Suddenly, one of the boys knocked the windows and thita ask him, "What happen?" but he didn't answer us so we continue our discuss. After 10 minutes, one of the boys open the door and said, "Are you wanna go home?" but we confused. And then when we came out from the room, we saw if the studio has quiet and only the boys and Mrs. Ohen in there, we panic! We try to find our bag but there's no bag. The boys was laughing at us, we're very shy. Suddenly Amel shouted, "WHERE IS MY BAG??!" and she didn't know if the bass voice was recording. After that, the boys with tenor voice laugh and laugh. So, we ran to the door and haze to hidden our shy face from the boys. Hahaha! That's very funny but we don't want to replay that because only make us shy. But that's a great day!
